We offer free pickup in Kirstenhof, Cape Town on Sundays only. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout, and we will email you to arrange a specific time. Please be patient as we coordinate schedules.

Orders are processed within 5-7 days. Once shipped via Courier Guy/Pudo, delivery usually takes 1-5 business days, dependant on shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive your tracking info via email. 

Once the courier has the package, we cannot control the delivery. However, if you have a tracking issue, please contact us at hello@pulpandthread.co.za, and we will help you navigate the process with the courier.

Unfortunately, no. As a small, one-dyke business, we cannot process returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check our photos and descriptions carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, please message us first! Exception: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, email us within 5 days at hello@pulpandthread.co.za, and we will fix it ASAP.

Studio Seconds are prints where I'm not 100% satisfied with the quality, materials, or finish. This could include minor printing variations, slight color differences, or small flaws. They're still display worthy pieces, but are offered at a reduced price to make my work more accessible.

I am open to small commissions, but capacity is very limited. Please email me with your idea at hello@pulpandthread.co.za. If I have space, I'll let you know!
